Because we limit the number of families we serve at one time, all new inquiries begin with a brief intake and complimentary phone consultation to determine availability and whether our practice is the right fit for your pregnancy and birth goals.

If we have availability, our Patient Care Coordinator will contact you with options to schedule your complimentary 30-minute phone consultation with Midwife Cheryl.

During your phone consultation, we will discuss your pregnancy, your birth goals, how care at Circle of Life works, and whether our practice is the right fit for your family.

If you choose to move forward, you will be guided through the intake process, including paperwork, access to your Mobile Midwife portal, and next steps to officially establish care.
