Choosing a midwife is a personal decision. We believe you should have the opportunity to meet the person who may care for you throughout your pregnancy and attend your birth before deciding if the practice is the right fit for your family.
Your complimentary consultation gives you the opportunity to visit Circle of Life, meet Midwife Cheryl, see where your prenatal care will take place, ask questions, and learn more about our approach to pregnancy, birth and postpartum care.
Prefer to meet by phone? Complimentary phone consultations are also available.
Circle of Life is a small, intentionally low-volume practice designed to provide personalized, relationship-centered care.
Because we limit the number of families we serve at one time, all new inquiries begin with a brief intake and complimentary phone consultation to determine availability and whether our practice is the right fit for your pregnancy and birth goals.

Tell Us a Little About You
Complete the short form below with your name, estimated due date, where you live, and a little information about your pregnancy.
This allows us to confirm availability around your estimated due date before scheduling your consultation.

Once availability is confirmed, our Patient Care Coordinator will contact you to schedule your complimentary consultation.
We encourage you to come meet us in person at our Clearwater office. If coming into the office is not convenient, a phone consultation is also available.

Come Meet Your Midwife
This is your time.
Sit down with Midwife Cheryl, talk about your pregnancy and the birth you are hoping for, ask your questions, learn how care at Circle of Life works, and discuss the financial investment and payment options.
You will also have an opportunity to see our office and the space where your prenatal appointments will take place.
There is no obligation to enroll.

If you choose to move forward, you will be guided through the intake process, including paperwork, access to your Mobile Midwife portal, and next steps to officially establish care.
