Circle of Life is a small, intentionally low-volume practice designed to provide personalized, relationship-centered care.
Because we limit the number of families we serve at one time, all new inquiries begin with a brief intake and complimentary phone consultation to determine availability and whether our practice is the right fit for your pregnancy and birth goals.
How to get more information and get started step by step

Step 1
Step 1: Reach out by email or complete the contact form below with your name, estimated due date, and whether you are interested in home birth or prenatal/postpartum care.

Step 2: If we have availability, our Patient Care Coordinator will contact you with options to schedule your complimentary 30-minute phone consultation with Midwife Cheryl.

Step 3: During your phone consultation, we will discuss your pregnancy, your birth goals, how care at Circle of Life works, and whether our practice is the right fit for your family.

Step 4: If you choose to move forward, you will be guided through the intake process, including paperwork, access to your MobileMidwife portal, and next steps to officially establish care.
